Bushbuddy pot - Trek900
My colleague, Takako, has just returned from Christmas in Japan and she brought me back a natty little Snowpeak Trek900 (in aluminium) for my Bushbuddy Ultra.
It's a perfect fit and great value (well under a tenner). The ti' versions costs £30.00 in the UK. I am not going to use this for regular lightweight backpacking, so ti' was overkill.
Thanks again Tak!

That looks neat.
Pablo.
Lovely and shiny - how much does it all weigh, Chris? It seems you have managed to put the bushbuddy inside the pot, right?
Does this mean an extension in your use of the bushbuddy, perhaps...?
Hey Baz,
It's not a very lightweight item of kit, the titanium version would be better if you were counting the grams. I popped it on the scales and it comes out at 244g (my Vargo 1.3 litre ti' pot comes in at over 100g less).
The stove fits perfectly inside the pot...
"For compact storage, this stove is designed to nest inside the Snow Peak Trek 900 (.9L) titanium pot, but will also fit inside many other pots of similar or larger capacity."
This was taken from the Bushbuddy website.
It will not be my stove of choice for backpacking (my Caldera cone is firmly in No.1 position!), but I will give it a go when fine weather is guaranteed and I can happily cook out in the open.
