Turboflame Military problems
My beloved Turboflame Military lighter has just stopped working. I have bled it a couple of times and have been using the recommended fuel, but I was trying to light my stove on Sunday morning and it just stopped producing a flame.
I have contacted the guys at Turboflame, so we'll see if they have any more suggestions.
This is supposed to be my 'light anything, anywhere' flame source (only digging out the matches as a last resort).
Fingers crossed.
UPDATE: Here, thanks guys!

Chris,
What do you mean by bleeding it? I take it that might be depressurising the gas (emptying it and refilling). If you don't mean that it's worth a go. Also (a bit obvious) but have you cleaned the jets?
I've also found with these things that the spark-maker-thingy sometimes bends too far away from the jets. It might be worth bending it closer.
If all else fails - bin it and get a PB-207.
Hi Pablo,
The bleeding process is exactly what you have explained - apparently, as the butane is used up, it is replaced by air which weakens the flame. I am getting a strong spark and an ignition of a fraction of second, the the flame goes out. I'm at a loss!
So not sure if a blocked jet could be a problem - it all looks very clean and hasn't has a lot of use to be honest.
